- A rental platform or leasing agent (except commercial property consulting)
- A property management company
Revenue Model & Commission Disclosure
How we make money:
- We earn a broker commission from builders (typically 1-2% of property value)
- This is standard practice in Indian real estate and transparent
- You pay the same price whether you buy directly or through us
- No markup is added to property prices by us
- You do NOT pay us a fee; the builder reimburses us
Bottom line: There is no financial advantage for you to buy through a channel partner vs. directly. Our value comes from guidance, due-diligence, and post-purchase support — not from price.
Property Data & RERA Compliance
All properties listed on our website:
- Are RERA-registered with the state real estate authority
- Have been independently verified against official RERA database
- Prices and specifications are accurate as of listing date
- May be subject to change; always verify with builder before booking
